The ’70s wardrobe staple is having a moment this spring, akin to gauchos in the early 2000s– but less unflattering. And unlike before, they come in a variety of styles and price points.
As smart shoppers, we’re not likely to spend a ton on a trend but we do want quality. That’s where Joe Fresh comes into play. The brand that’s grown tremendously in the last two years, has four culotte styles for spring that we love. Priced at $39 and $69, they’re cute a risk-free.
