Johnny Depp’s Teaser for His New Dior Ad Is Here

The Depp family is cornering the market on French fashion campaigns. First 16-year-old Lily-Rose Depp posed pretty in a Chanel eyewear campaign, and now her dad, Johnny Depp, is staring in the latest ad for Dior fragrances. The brand released a first look at the highly-anticipated collaboration — and trust us when we say you’ll want to check this out, it’s Brad Pitt-for-Chanel-sequel in the best sense.

In the teaser, Depp says that he “needs to get out of here.” But he doesn’t know which way. If we know anything about past Dior ads (and we do, we’ve studied them all), it’s that they love a dramatic escape. Just look at Charlize Theron climbing up a silk cloth, or Natalie Portman‘s action-packed bolt from her wedding in a helicopter.

While you wait for the denouement, some background: This whole partnership actually marks a big deal for Depp. It’s the first time he’ll front a major beauty campaign.
