Beyonce and Rihanna are collaborating, but unfortunately instead of making music, they are suing sportswear label ElevenParis.

The singers, along with Kanye West, Jay-Z and Pharrell are accusing the brand of using their name and likeness without their permission on items with sayings such as “Kanye is my Homie,” and trademarks such as Jay Z’s “Hova,” according to The Fashion Law. While the items have since been taken down from the website, the Paris-based company is facing almost 60 violations in the lawsuit, and the group of artists are asking them to stop manufacturing the garments, as well as damages, including legal fees and profits made.

According to their complaint, “Even after receiving warning to cease selling the infringing goods, defendants continue to sell unauthorized products and to trade upon the goodwill associated with the plaintiffs, all for defendants’ profits.”

However, the ironic part of the lawsuit, is that the brand has been worn by Kylie Jenner (Kanye West’s sister-in-law) and Solange Knowles, Beyonce’s sister, recently fronted one of their ad campaigns.
