Katy Perry’s New Fragrance Is Available to Buy on Twitter, Whitney Port Has a QVC Line and More Shopping News
There’s some intense competition in the celebrity fragrance world right now. Last week Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry each launched their seventh fragrance, but it’s Perry who’s taking her “mad” marketing skills one step further — you can purchase Mad Potion directly from Twitter’s new shopping feature. Plus, two mega fashion retailers, QVC and Amazon Fashion, just pulled new faces to join their brands — Whitney Port and Suki Waterhouse (respectively). Read on for the full shopping news scoop (and have your credit cards ready!).

Perry is making more Twitter headlines (after her involvement in the Minaj-Taylor Swift feud) by tapping into the new shopping feature available on the social media platform by promoting her latest scent, Mad Potion. In her shoppable Tweet, she urges all “KatyCats” to “buy now, right here.”

She’s been very active across all social media channels with Instagram pics and videos — even magic tricks — showing off her “on-fire” fragrance. (Fitting for the ad campaign, where she’s depicted as a magician wearing a black-and-white glittered corset, fishnet stockings and top hat.)
Next up is Whitney Port’s next fashion venture: an eponymous clothing collection with QVC. QVC describes the designer’s collection as “effortless, feminine California style with a little New York City edge.” The line consists of printed kimonos, jogger pants, skirts tops and dresses of “contemporary silhouettes.” And the designer even modeled the looks herself on her personal website (where she also offers styling tips!).
Suki Waterhouse
And finally, Suki Waterhouse is making strides in the model campaign arena. The face of Burberry, who just landed a spot as a Redken muse, has now partnered with Amazon Fashion as its fall/winter 2015 ambassador. And based on the news that the company’s opening a 46,000 sq. ft. studio in London, we’re expecting Waterhouse to log a lot of hours hanging around on set.
