Kim Kardashian West’s Heading to Glastonbury: Here’s What We Expect to See in Her Festival Wardrobe

Kim Kardashian West missed out on Coachella, but the star is going to make up for it at Glastonbury. She’s set to travel from Cannes to England’s famous music festival (by private jet, of course) to watch her husband Kanye West perform. And while we wait on the edge of our seats to see what outfits she might put together, we created our own little packing list for Kim, to make sure she’s prepped for the event.

Jackie Fields, Beauty Editor: Fringe? It’s a festival essential. But I don’t see Kim going all hippie on us. Instead, I hope she’ll don the look in the form of a designer shoulder bag. While Valentino‘s option isn’t big enough for a selfie stick, she’ll be able to tote around just about everything else she needs while looking equal parts grunge and glam. Even though this piece isn’t available to us plebs until fall, I bet you a Kendall Jenner lipstick that Mrs. Kardashian West has one packed in the bag.

Brittany Talarico, Style News Editor: Wellies are to Glastonbury what flatforms are to Coachella — a fashion must. But I don’t expect to see Kim walking around in a pair of dull, flat rain boots. They need to be bright and come with a high heel like this pair from Hunter. They’d go great with an all black bodysuit, plus one of Kanye’s Yeezy x Adidas oversize jackets.

Colleen Kratofil, Style Writer-Reporter: No music festival outfit would be complete without a flower crown. (I mean, they’re mandatory at this point, right?) So I picked one for Kim that’s just as show-stopping as her sheer, plunging “stop-and-notice” style. Plus, this Urban Outfitters watercolor crown is just $18 — a real steal compared to anything else the star steps out in.

Sarah Kinonen, Style & Beauty Editorial Assistant: When I imagine Kim at a music festival — wait. I actually can’t picture her anywhere remotely similar to Coachella. I just don’t think those nude latex dresses match the aesthetic. But if she is on her way to Glastonbury, I bet no matter what she packs (latex or not), she’ll need a pair of stylish (and obscenely expensive) sunnies to shade her from the sun. Enter Givenchy’s Flash Shield Sunglasses for $415. Pricey, but totally worth it for Kanye’s big day.

Alex Apatoff, Senior Style Editor: For Love & Lemons is practically designed for celebs at a festival — their delicate, sheer pieces combine that “I’m so VIP I can wear a fancy gown in the mud” vibe with a creative way to show off one’s bikini. And since we know there’s nothing Kim likes more than showing off her undies under a sheer gown, this completely transparent “Orchid” maxi is perfect for her. Bonus: She’s already a fan of the brand!

Lindsay Schallon, Senior Style Editor: Kim might not be a festival regular, but her younger sister (and style twin) Kylie Jenner knows how to stand out in a crowd. Based on the pair’s tendency to share swimwear, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the see-through body suit and bikini Kylie wore to “Chella” makes a reappearance at a Glastonbury pool party.
