#LFW Spring 2016 Day 2 Recap: Going For Bold

We all know the saying, “Go bold or go home,” all too well – and it’s safe to say the iconic slogan captured the theme of London Fashion Week’s second runway day. Designers stuck to their loyal demographic in bold and vibrant ways, whether it was through the materials used, silhouettes, or eye-catching color palettes.
For Jasper Conran, the collection took a completely green approach – in a literal kind of way, of course. While the range showcased a slew of relaxed and sophisticated separates, they were cast in rich hues of ivory and greens. Vibrant botanical prints were splashed across strapless shifts and chiffon gowns, while mesmerizing stripes took over jumpsuits, tops and short shorts.

Sorapol London on the other hand, went bold in every aspect of fashion. Wardrobe favorites were rendered in standout hues with metallic accents. But nothing compared to the styling – strappy knee-highs, theatrical drop earrings and feather-inspired ponytails.
As far as we’re concerned, dramatic never looked so good.
