Luxury jewelry: Chanel revives Café Society

As part of haute couture week in Paris, Chanel presented its latest high-end jewelry collection.

Drawing inspiration from the rich social life of Coco Chanel, the brand’s latest luxury jewelry collection is an homage to the Café Society of the 1920s. A patron of the arts and an active participant in the cultural scene of her day, Mademoiselle Chanel created a brand that still today represents the quest for novelty and the atmosphere of freedom associated with the Roaring Twenties. This spirit is embodied in the new jewelry line, which breaks free from codes and traditions.

Rose, white and yellow gold mingle with precious stones in the line’s unique pieces, in which the camelia, Coco Chanel’s favorite flower, makes a few surprise appearances.

Offering unprecedented combinations of stones and cuts in necklaces, brooches, bracelets, rings and tiaras, this line — though inspired by the past — is clearly turned towards the future.
