Reese, is that you? Normally we’re used to seeing the star in perfectly polished ensembles, courtesy of her very own (not inexpensive) clothing line, Draper James, but, if we’re being honest, this dressed-down look she’s sporting — a gingham button-down, cropped jeans and a pair of Puma sneakers (on sale for $39!) — is equally as cute and a little more affordable.

Think it’s too hot to style a blazer in this heat? Well, you may be right, but Emmy Rossum is here try to change your mind. Seen here in a breezy, open-front Talula “Kent” blazer for Aritzia ($85), teamed with pricier picks (boyfriend jeans by Mother, an Hermès belt and snakeskin-printed Bionda Castana sandals), the actress is almost persuading us to wish for cooler weather.
