StyleBlazer Spotted: Glam For A Good Cause At ‘A Night On The RunWade’

On Saturday, November 14, Dwyane Wade hosted his 4th annual “A Night on the RunWade” fashion show at the Ice Palace Films Studios in Miami.

StyleBlazer fashion correspondent, Denise Rodriguez was there to capture the most glamorous moments of the night. Aiming to give Miami residents a front row seat to the world of fashion, the NBA champion created this event to showcase his knowledge of fashion as well as giving back to the community by benefiting his Wade’s World Foundation.

A Night on the RunWade began three years ago, giving sports enthusiasts a unique charity experience presented by Carnival Foundation and Carnival Cooperation. In a tuxedo and kicks, Wade made his way to the red carpet hand in hand with his number one lady by his side, Mrs. Gabrielle Union, who was sporting beautiful braids and a sleek silver gown.

Fellow basketball stars and numerous notables from Chris Bosh, Gerald Green, Amar’e Stoudemire, DJ Khaled, Ace Hood, Timbaland and E! News anchor Terrance J, who hosted the fashion show, joined them.

RunWade 2015 had some heavyweight sponsors including Miami’s very own “director of vibes”, YesJulz. Julz is one of the top social media personalities who has earned herself a number one spot on every celebrities guest list by her strong #Nevernotworking motto. This young entrepreneur has won over the hearts of many followers with her contagious passion to live life to the fullest. She gives her followers a front row seat to the hottest events in town and a look into her daily life through her Snapchat.

Aside from the amazing sponsors, A Night on the RunWade featured a silent auction, cocktail hour, and fashion show featuring the hottest looks by designers such as Giuseppe Zanotti Design and Styleblazer favorite, DSQUARED2. There was also a featured pop-up shop with exciting products by Naked, Stance, The Tie Bar, and Li-Ning. Guests were treated with some of Wade’s favorite cuisine from local foodie hot spots such as Prime One Twelve, Shake Shack, Coyo Taco, Yardbird and Divine Delicacies Cakes.
