A perfect look calls for several components working harmoniously together– hair, makeup, shoes, accessories and the actually clothes. This weekend Katy Perry proved to be a prime example. The singer was spotted, on Saturday March 29th, at The Museum Of Contemporary Art’s (MOCA) 35th Anniversary Gala held at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in Los Angeles. For the event she wore a black, sleeveless, mock turtleneck Versace dress with side slits and a chartreuse reverse. She kept her accessories to a minimum wearing simple glow bangles and an acryllic box clutch with chartreuse strip accents. On a feet she wore a pair of black Christian Louboutin with an accenting color of their own. Her look was pulled together with a face framing jet black blunt shoulder length bob and simple makeup.
