The Woman Behind Shop Jeen Is A Hustler

If you’re an online shopping fanatic it’s likely you’ve heard of a little site called Shop Jeen. With an eclectic melange of relatively well-priced goods, the shop is a must visit for the budget shopper who might not exactly care all about name brands. But did you know the founder is only 23?

Her name, yes her because we are in love with this generation of Girl Bosses, is Erin Yogasundram. Yogasundram dropped out of a full ride at George Washington University to pursue her entrepreneurial instincts that really started around 11 when she was selling autographs. Autographs turned to flipping clothes from sample sales or wait listed items for profit to doing the something similar but on a much larger scale.

The only possible problem, Yogasundram admits to and thrives off of: trends are short lived. Because of that, the wunderkind has to keep her finger on the pulse of what’s happening and get product up on the site as fast as possible. She’s not intimidated by that at all though as she’s a millennial selling to millennial and is confident in her ability to know what her friends want.
