None other than Janelle Monáe, who took Paris Fashion Week by storm in her signature shades. Sticking with monochrome ensembles, and a pop of red lips, Monae was the belle of the ball (and definitely the best dressed StyleBlazer of the week), in Chanel, Stella McCartney and Valentino.
