Keyshia Cole Apologizes To Michelle Williams
”I Said What I Said Out of Anger” It looks like Keyshia Cole is ready to put an end to her feud with Michelle Williams. Just a few days after Williams insisted that she wanted to make amends with the fiery singer from Oakland, Keyshia tweeted a message to Michelle that she regretted taking shots at her during this year’s Destiny’s Child Super Bowl halftime performance. “I apologize for the mean things I said, it hurt me when I went to your page and saw what u said during my performance,” Cole said. “And that still doesn’t make it ok. I said what I said out of anger. And that’s the absolute WRONG time to say things. So can u admit to erasing the tweet that was said about me? So people know that anger came from a hurt place not a malicious place?” Williams had tweeted some criticism of Cole’s performance during a Ron Isley tribute at the 2012 Soul Train Music Awards. Upon seeing Keyshia’s tweet, Michelle accepted the apology. |
