Couple Spotted Out With Baby
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted at a Los Angeles medical facility this week–and they had baby North West with them. The new family made their first public appearance together, even though they were being typically incognito. They were seen walking to the doctor’s office with their baby and their nanny. And Kanye West was seen actually smiling. Little North’s face was hidden from the cameras as she slept in a car seat. So the baby is still being guarded from the paparazzi and media outlets. And Kim was mostly covered, as well, wearing baggy clothing–presumably she’s still working to get back to that pre-baby bod. |
