Anna Wintour Was Allegedly Offended By the Twerking
Miley Cyrus seemed to anger the world with her twerking performance at the MTV Video Music Awards last month. The fallout has apparently stretched all the way to the pages of VOGUE. Editor-in-chief Anna Wintour reportedly was turned off by the controversial show. It seems that Miley’s change in look this year got a thumbs-up from Wintour, and she wanted Miley for the December cover. Then, the VMAs happened. According to reports, Wintour scrapped the entire Cyrus cover idea even though VOGUE had already shot pics of Miley for the issue. No official statement has been given by VOGUE or Miley Cyrus as of yet. But one has to wonder how far this will go. Miley may have twerked herself straight to the B-list by this time next year. |
