”It’s Not All Roses and Daisies Being A Celebrity Kid”
Reginae Carter may be the teenage daughter of a hip hop superstar–namely Lil Wayne–but that doesn’t mean she’s looking to become famous on the level of her dad. Carter and Bria Williams, the daughter of Cash Money co-founder Birdman Williams, are promoting their book Paparazzi Princesses, and Reginae opened up about the life of a famous rapper’s daughter. “Paparazzi Princesses is like two teenage girls who have celebrity fathers and we’re basically telling people we’re still kids,” Reginae told Power 105.1. “There’s a lot of kids who don’t read nowadays. We just tried to make something fun for kids to read and they can also learn a lesson that it’s not all roses and daisies being a celebrity kid,” Reginae said. “We can’t just post anything on Instagram or Twitter. We just can’t say anything or just send other people pictures of us because they might leak to sites,” Bria said. Reginae also revealed her professional aspirations–which aren’t necessarily entertainment-related. “I want to be an OBGYN,” said Reginae. |
