Knucklehead, the man behind August Alsina’s “I Luv This Shit,” sat down with The Facts Remain to discuss the making of the now certified gold single. The producer shares how the young singer’s request for a beat with both an R&B and hood appeal turned into a hit song.
“‘I Luv This Shit’ was just one of the ones that came about and I felt the strongest about after I did it,” he says. “I knew when I made it, it was a hit, ’cause it didn’t sound like nothing else.”
