J. Cole & Diddy May Have Gotten Into a Fight at VMAs Afterparty (@jcolenc @iamdiddy)

The VMAs went off without any fights going down during the show last night, but there may have been one after. Diddy and Jay Z threw an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in NYC, which was predictably packed with celebrities.
The rumor is that J. Cole and Diddy had some kind of fight, which eventually led to J. Cole being dragged out of the party by security. The only compelling evidence that the fight went down are a few tweets, one of which is from Diddy.
“I don’t usually address rumors but I got too much respect for my bro @JColeNC,” tweeted Diddy. “We are friends. We just yell in public sometimes LOL #Fam.”
Another tweet told a bit different story.
“Lol @ J. Cole in the elevator last night,” tweeted a partygoer. “We were going up and he was getting thrown out for trying to fight Diddy. #LifesFunny. S/O 2 him tho.”
