Lawyer Sues Apple for His Addiction to Internet Pornography

36-year-old Nashville Army veteran and lawyer, Chris Sevier, is suing Apple for allegedly causing him to become addicted to porn.  He alleges that he accidentally typed in “Facef*cker” rather than “Facebook” on his Safari browser one day, and his addiction to watching naked cyber ladies spiraled downward from there.  Chris filed a 50-page complaint in the Tennessee Supreme Court, where he blames Apple for sparking his addiction which ruined his marriage.  

Mr. Sevier feels as though the pornography available on the Internet should be filtered in some way to warn its viewers of the damages that can come from watching it.  The paperwork within his lawsuit states, “The plaintiff is a victim of Apple’s product that was sold to him without any warning of the damage the pornography causes.”  Chris also stated in the suit that he began “to find the younger, more beautiful girls featured in porn videos more attractive than his wife, who was no longer 21.”

Apple has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
