NOT AGAIN! DMX Responds To His Latest ARREST In South Carolina

If you saw rapper DMX on Dr. Phil a few weeks ago, you saw him getting called to task for his willingness to hit the road without a Driver’s License and how it might be his way of giving "the finger" to the law.

Last night, the rapper gave both fingers to 5-0 in South Carolina when he got busted for ridin’ dirty (and had the audacity to be reportedly driving erratically): Driving without a license (again) and having no car tag or insurance.  He was stopped for questioning (by an officer who recognized him) in front of the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.  And, of course, he was given a field sobriety test, then arrested.  He spent three hours behind bars.

For those keeping score, this is the rappers THIRD arrest in SC in the past few months.  His rep released a statement saying,

"DMX was released at 9:46pm Eastern Monday night. He was arrested on minor traffic charges and spent only three hours in jail. This short arrest will not affect any of his upcoming concerts and he is planning on performing with Swizz Beatz on Wednesday’s Wendy Williams Show."
