Young Vito’s Sentence Reconsidered in Slim Dunkin’s Murder Case

Vinson Hardimon aka Young Vito, the rapper who shot and killed Brick Squad 1017 rapper Slim Dunkin, stood before a Fulton County Superior Court judge in Atlanta and his lawyer fought to lessen his 25-year sentence. Vito was charged back in February with Aggravated Assault and weapon possession, not murder, and Judge Craig Schwall was just about to grant a lesser sentence when State prosecutor Linda Dunikoski made a dramatic entrance into the courtroom.

Dunikoski, present with Slim Dunkin’s family, argued that the sentence shouldn’t be lessened, and even interjected when Vito’s lawyer asked for him to be placed in protective custody amid recent death threats. Check out the full situation in the above video.
