Amazon just launched its own version of Etsy, and it is a artisan’s paradise.
Amazon Handmade is a hub on the e-retailers site dedicated to small business owners and at-home DIYers who are ready to turn their passion into a business. Each week, Amazon will feature artisans on the website, as well as highlight the best crafts and pieces.
This month, expect a lot of Halloween tricks and treats, as well as handmade jewelry, home goods and stationery. Just like Etsy, you can sign up to sell with Handmade, and you can search for local artisans by state. The best part: free shipping if you are part of Amazon Prime.
