Diana Ross Wears White to Her Daughter’s Wedding, Just Like These Other Famous Mothers of the Brides!

Most brides would take issue with someone showing up to their wedding wearing white. But in Hollywood, anything goes. And stars don’t seem to mind when their moms also head down the aisle in light-colored gowns.

Diana Ross, 71, selected a low-cut ivory Vivienne Westwood Red Label gown for daughter Chudney’s wedding on Sunday in Hawaii. She added a statement necklace to the draped design. The bride selected a mega dress with a full tulle skirt and sweetheart neckline.

Ross is in good MOB company. Kris Jenner selected a plunging white gown for daughter Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Kanye West last summer, matching the rest of the white-clad bridal party. (And you’ll note that the dress was designed for her by none other than her future son-in-law.)

And of course Tina Knowles stunned in a white Lanvin gown at Solange’s New Orleans affair. Plus, her whole family also wore white to her April 12 wedding to Richard Lawson.
