There must have been something in the Hollywood hair salon water, because this weekend was packed with mane changes. From Emilia Clarke’s totally unexpected cut to Jennifer Lawrence‘s ever-growing extensions, let’s take a look at some of your fave celebs’ brand-new dos.

Looks like Emilia Clarke is leaving Khaleesi (and the character’s long, blonde locks) behind for summer. Now that this season of Game of Thrones is officially over, the star has switched out her long waves for a short, chic bob, which she showed off on the red carpet.

“New day new ‘do… En route to #terminatorgenisys world premiere! Thank you @apolillo for bringing sexy back..,” she captioned the reveal photo on Instagram.

Lawrence, who’s been slowly growing out her pixie from 2013, recently added extensions to her chin-grazing bob for added length (and possibly for an upcoming role). But it seems the star is really enjoying her clip-ins, because they just keep getting longer. The moral of the story here? No haircut is permanent, so you might as well have fun with your locks whenever you can.

Speaking of having fun with your tresses: Jenna Dewan-Tatum has freshened up her shoulder-length cut with a few more layers and an asymmetrical shape. Celeb hair stylist Jen Atkin shared the star’s fresh trim on Instagram over the weekend, officially welcoming the actress into bob territory.
