Created by ‘Sex and the City’ costume designer Patricia Field, foot panties are lingerie for your feet and meant to be worn with heels.

Sold exclusively on her website, foot panties come in two different styles: Marie Antoinette and Nikita. The Marie Antoinette style is lace with ruffles and bows, while the Nikita is a floral stretch lace with an ankle strap and bow detail.

Combined with a heel, foot panties adds a pop of color and detail to an outfit that Carrie Bradshaw would definitely approve of. Plus, foot panties can also be a different way of wearing socks with those flats, when you don’t want to go barefoot and your boring socks keep peeking out.

For less than $20, foot panties are surprisingly stylish, and worth a try. Field is known for her work on SATC, revolutionizing television fashion and the brainchild of one of the most stylish show’s in television history. We think she knows what she is doing when it comes to starting new trends.
