StyleBlazer: What are your must have beauty items for the red carpet?

Kelli Berglund: “Definitely a make up setting spray, false individual lashes-since my real lashes are nonexistent-,a fresh manicure and a nice powder highlight for the cheekbones (I have an awesome one from The Balm Cosmetics).”
SB: Of those items, which would you recommend for everyday use?

KB: “You could honestly use any of them for everyday use, but the best, in my opinion, would be the cheek highlight. My skin is particularly dry, so I always love to add a nice shimmery glow to the high points on my face. Warm-toned highlighters are definitely good for summer time and make your skin look so fresh!”

SB: What are the biggest style lessons you’ve learned from the TV set?

KB: “Bright colors aren’t something to shy away from. Disney always loves to have their actresses in exciting, fun colors.. And my character wore the cutest outfits that incorporated those colors in just the right way. They catch everyone’s eye, which is usually a good thing when wearing an adorable outfit.”

SB: What is one red carpet style secret we can apply to our daily looks?

KB: “Sticky tape is your best friend! Hide bra straps, keep your collar down and make sure a low cut v-neck on a shirt doesn’t decide to pop open. No one will ever know there’s tape under there and it makes a look so much cleaner/stress free.”

SB: Three beauty items that are a mainstay in your purse?

KB: “Some MAC lip liner, EOS lip balm and an eyelash curler.”
