Kesha Dyes Hair ‘Slimey’ Green: Are You Loving Her Transformation?

You might need to put on a pair of sunglasses before looking at Kesha’s new hair. The singer ditched her natural blonde tresses for a much brighter stand-out neon green shade just in time for summer.

The star, 28, took to Instagram to debut her almost glow-in-the-dark hair, captioning the social snapshot: “slimey.” Her “slimey” shade reminded us of the ’90s, from glow sticks to the goopy green Nickelodeon slime to the fun stick-on stars we used to hang on our ceilings as tweens.

Colorful hair dye isn’t anything new for the singer, who’s rocked just about every color of the rainbow over the years. (Remember these highlights?) We wonder if the bright hue will be sticking around for the summer or if it’s just a temporary wash-out dye she’s testing out. Either way, we’re eager to see how she styles it.
