Kylie Jenner’s Now a Blonde – and ‘Coming’ For Khloé’s Look

So that explains all the wigs!

Kylie Jenner has debuted her fall hue and left us pondering the age old question — do blondes really have more fun?

The 18-year-old, who’s been known to experiment with the color of her hair, is once again a blonde.

“Took months of not dying my hair and wearing wigs to get my hair back to health so I can do this,” Jenner wrote on Instagram, Tuesday, sharing a photo of her self-described “ashy dirty blonde” tresses.

The teen’s dark roots are still visible, and her hair fades from a honey colored blonde to the brighter white of her platinum birthday look toward the bottom of the extensions.

Jenner is all glammed up at the hair salon, wearing one of her usual cut-out crop tops with a tight-fitting beige midi skirt (both by Australian-based brand BOSSA) and matching heels. (Her entire outfit is under $150 if you want to shop the top and skirt!)

“Thank you @priscillavalles @maishaoliver for putting up with me all day,” Jenner wrote.  “I’m going for an ashy dirty blonde for the fall. But this shits a process!”

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star even gave credit where credit was due, noting her hairspiration: sister Khloé Kardashian.

“I’m coming for u khloé,” she teased in her caption.

Kardashian has gone back and forth between lighter tresses and her own, dark black hair color over the past year or so, and most recently has leaned toward the platinum side of the spectrum.

The rest of the famous family has mostly stuck to their Armenian roots (literally) – save for Kim Kardashian West‘s little March experiment.

Jenner’s makeup-free, post-VMAs selfies should have served as a hint that something wild was coming (and we thought it was just the piercing!).
