Liam Hemsworth Wearing a Panda Onesie Is the Only Thing You Need to See Today

It’s official —  the Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 promo tour is catching up with the cast. At least as far as the guys care concerned, comfort comes first. There was Woody Harrelson’s red carpet pajama ensemble and now Liam Hemsworth chose a full panda-themed onesie for an appearance on Live with Kelly and Michael. The promotional struggle is real you guys.

In truth, Live with Kelly and Michael producers made Hemsworth sport the adorable one-piece (the hosts were also donning comfy pjs), but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t completely game for it. “These just were given to me, but I would wear them,” he told the hosts. Although, he wouldn’t wear them to bed. “I don’t wear a lot when I go to sleep. I like to just be free, you know, let things go where they need to go.” (We know, Liam, we know.)

So where else will he wear a panda onesie, you ask? Good news! For another talk show stop (during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live) he explained why he wore a panda hoodie during his sight-seeing trip to the Great Wall of China.

He and co-star Josh Hutcherson both wore animal-themed hoodies in between press events, but Hemsworth added the finishing accessory — a Valentino handbag.

“It’s very cold there and they had these panda hats that keep you warm so we got a couple of those,” he shares. “And then Jennifer [Lawrence] didn’t want to carry her handbag anymore — which is like Jenn — so I carried her handbag. I figured it added to the whole picture of the Great Wall you know?”
