New Wendy’s Campaign Loops In Fashion Lovers With Polyvore, Molly Sims

Molly Sims, Wendy’s, and Polyvore might sound like a strange trio, but they’ve actually teamed up to do something pretty cool for the launch of Wendy’s “New Salad Collection.”

Wendy’s partnered with Polyvore to allow fans enter a contest where they can create style boards inspired by the colors of new salads Wendy’s is launching this spring: an Asian Cashew Chicken salad and a BBQ Ranch Chicken salad. As the face of the campaign, Molly Sims hosted the launch party last week in New York City, and created boards of her own, which you can view here. She will judge all the Wendy’s-inspired boards on Polyvore to pick winners to each win $1,000 to put toward their style choices.

“Fashion inspiration can come from anywhere – even your Wendy’s salad,” said Sims via release. “I love how Wendy’s is rolling out their new salads like a fashion line and can’t wait to see how fashion lovers like me are inspired by them.”

There will be four phases of the contest on Polyvore. All you need to do is create an inspiration board and tag it #NewSaladCollection to enter. The first phase ends tomorrow, March 24. But no worries, you can participate in the following three phases from April 14 – April 20; June 16 – June 22; and in early July.
