Though his nickname maybe Candy Gandy, it seems that the international male model David Gandy will not be satiating our sweet toothless any longer. In a recent interview Gandy admitted that he will slowly begin to transition himself out of his advertising for his underwear line Autograph for Marks & Spencer. Besides his ongoing slot for Dolce & Gabbana fragrance, those images are the only continuous ones where we see the veteran runway walker in his skivvies.

AS he transitions more into the role of the business man, Gandy says he wants to provide young British models with the same chance that he had in fronting the brand. Think of it as him tipping, grooming and popularizing the next Supreme. As for what he’ll be doing during all that time he now has to not toss around pristine white sheets for the camera? Well there’s his newly purchased shoe line with David Preston, there’s his expanding Marks & Spencer brand which spans underwear, loungewear and swimwear, an upcoming range of nutritional snacks and even some acting. Of course he’ll also likely stay a style staple during the London Collections on street style blogs.
