Public School’s Next Runway Show Will Be International

Public School is headed to Dubai for its next major showcase.

Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow will show their pre-fall collection in Dubai, following in the footsteps of Dior and Louis Vuitton, that just presented their in-between season shows in the French Riviera and Palm Springs, respectively.

This is a major stepping stone for the New York-based designers, who just launched their first collection for DKNY with mixed reviews. However, Dubai makes sense for the streetwear brand, especially considering the economic power of the United Arab Emirates and exposure in the international market. Public School recently expanded from dominating the menswear industry, winning the CFDA award this year, into womenswear, and adding an international show to their roster will only bolster their fashion resume.

Plus, it is a nice excuse for a vacation between major seasons.
