Despite chomping down a burger in the “Feelin’ Myself” video, Beyoncé has us all convinced that veganism is the way to a perfectly crafted bod; and she’s right. As someone who’s been a pescatarian for almost ten years, I can attest to the benefits of a meat-free diet and daily exercise, but a lot of things factor into full on conversion.
Unsurprisingly, everyone and anyone is trying out the 22-day diet as a way to channel their inner Yonce or simply jump start a healthier lifestyle; no objections here.

However, being the rebel BeyHiver that I am, I found it necessary to seek out a cleanse that may or may not deliver equal or better results. Enter the Joulebody Cleanse; a diet that also includes home delivered food.
