If anyone can bring back a trend, it is Olivia Palermo.
The ultimate fashionista, Palermo’s street style has no rival, and any type of girl can find inspiration in her sartorial choices. From shirt dresses to ballgowns, Palermo rarely makes a misstep on or off the red carpet.
Most recently, we spotted Palermo out and about in New York City, and while there was nothing especially amazing about her all-black #OOTD, it was her single accessory that caught our eye. Is Palermo wearing a choker?
Taking us back to the ’90s, where tattoo chokers were THE jewelry everyone had, she has upgraded the look, going with a metal choker that hangs slightly off the neck. Going with the minimal look, the necklace features two chic bars that do not connect, making it the perfect accessory for those that do not enjoy the claustophobia-inducing chokers of our past.
Lucky for us, unlike many pieces in Palermo’s closet, this choker is actually affordable. The silver bar choker is from Capwell + Co, and priced at under $50.
