This summer’s cool collaboration: Urban Decay x Pulp Fiction

To set themselves apart, cosmetic brands have to be more and more creative these days. So while MAC is launching a line in tribute to Marge Simpson, Urban Decay is releasing one to pay homage to “Pulp Fiction.”

Quentin Tarantino’s cult film continues to be an inspiration even 20 years after it debuted in cinemas. And to celebrate this anniversary, cosmetic brand Urban Decay is releasing a line in July inspired by main character Mia Wallace, played by Uma Thurman.

Far from re-using its current successful formula (the Naked palettes are a worldwide hit right now), the brand is venturing into something that made it successful a few years back: bright and bold colours that are very pigmented.

The line will feature a lipstick, lip pencil and blood red nail polish, as well as an eyeshadow palette and a glitter eyeliner as revealed by a picture tweeted by the brand. After that, it’s up to you to decide if you want to get Mia’s iconic haircut or not to make the look complete.
