Kanye West made a 20 minute speech at Oxford University on Monday can covered an impressive amount of subjects in that time. Over 1,600 students were said to be in attendance. Before beginning his speech, he asked the audience to stay quiet so that he could get his stream of consciousness flowing to deliver “the illest quotes” possible.
