Why Kendall Jenner Is Saying Goodbye to Booty Shorts in 2016

Believe it or not, even Kendall Jenner has style resolutions. The effortlessly chic 20-year-old model shared her 2016 trend forecast on her website, which revealed the pieces she’s retiring in the new year and the trends she can’t wait to wear all the time. (Don’t worry, we won’t judge if you steal her 2016 style MO.)

“This time of year is all about out with the old and in with the new, and that definitely applies to style decisions,” the 20-year-old said on her website. “I know there will be a bunch more trends I’ll try out this year, but I narrowed down my faves that I want to wear waaay more — like leopard, fringe and sneakers, of course.” (Flare jeans and suede also made her list.)

The supermodel also spoke of past style trends she’s had enough of — like, believe it or not, cheeky shorts. In fact, she swears you’ll never catch her in them again. (We’re holding you to that, Kendall.)

“On the other hand, there are some trends that just HAVE to go,” she explained. “Am I the only one sick of butt-baring shorts and slogan shirts? Maxi skirts depend on the outfit, but they definitely have to be sleek and polished.”
