10 Hacks To Master Daily Self Care

The great thing about doing well at your job is that people who matter take notice and give you more responsibility, because you have shown that you can handle it.

This additional work will come in handy when you go in to negotiate a better title, more money, and/or vacation time (we taught you how to do so here). The down side to being so freaking great at what you do is that you can get very easily overwhelmed by your new workload, and before you know it you’re neglecting those closest to you.

If you are like most of the other people living in a metropolis, you have more than one hustle, and that life can be draining. My bank account nor my waistline were very happy about this. The thing is, if you’re not taking care of yourself then you’re no good to anyone.

This is especially useful for getting through your train rides in the morning.
