Of all the makeup techniques we tirelessly practice, a smokey eye is probably the most difficult. As it turns out, creating an ombre effect with three different shades requires more than a dependable palette and brush set. You also need the appropriate priming cream, a steady hand and pro-tips to ensure that it lasts all day. Of course, the celebs are equipped with all of these things and more for red carpet appearances.
