In 2013, the fashion world surprised us all when Emma Hill departed ways from the beloved Mulberry brand (and its most successful era!). But according to Women’s Wear Daily, the creative genius is jumping back into the fashion game with a partnership that we’re sure everyone will want dibs on!

Teaming up with Georgia Fendley, a creative consultant and Mulberry’s former brand director, the duo has been working to create Hill & Friends, an upcoming accessories label. The range is set to debut in September for a spring 2016 presentation at London Fashion Week. And we can take a wild guess that based on Hill’s past success, the collection will be full of “It” bags.

But the best part about the exciting news is that you won’t have to wait to snag your own Hill & Friends accessories. The collection will be available on the brand’s website as well as Net-A-Porter the day after its debut – which is perfect for accessory addicts like myself.

Since Hill’s departure, there’s no denying the fact that Mulberry has definitely been missing that quirky touch. But hopefully with the start of their new creative director, Johnny Coca, next month, the British label will begin to see more success.

In the interim, check out a few Mulberry picks we’re coveting on the pages ahead.
